At PetGroomGo, we understand that pets are family. That’s why safety, comfort, and
gentle care are at the heart of everything we do.
We connect pet owners with experienced independent mobile groomers who bring
professional grooming services directly to your doorstep reducing stress for both pets
and owners.

Professional & Experienced Groomers

All groomers on the PetGroomGo platform:

• Operate fully equipped mobile grooming vans
• Use professional-grade tools and products
• Follow hygienic cleaning and sanitation practices
• Handle pets with patience, care, and compassion

Our goal is to ensure every grooming experience is calm, safe, and positive.

Insurance & Protection

For added peace of mind, we require independent groomers on our platform to carry
appropriate business and liability insurance.
While each groomer operates independently, we carefully review documentation during
onboarding to promote professional standards across our network.
While PetGroomGo may request proof of insurance during onboarding, PetGroomGo does
not guarantee, warrant, or continuously monitor the validity or sufficiency of any groomer’s
insurance policy.

Assumption of Risk

By booking services through PetGroomGo, pet owners acknowledge and agree that:

• Grooming involves inherent risks, including but not limited to minor cuts, skin
  irritation, allergic reactions, stress, or aggravation of pre-existing medical conditions.
• Senior pets, anxious pets, and pets with medical conditions may face elevated risk
  during grooming.

Pet owners assume full responsibility for these inherent risks.

Health & Transparency

To provide the safest experience possible, we ask pet owners to:

• Share any medical conditions or sensitivities
• Inform the groomer about behavioral concerns
• Let us know if your pet is senior, anxious, or has special needs

Open communication helps create a safer and smoother grooming session.

In Case of Emergency

Although rare, if a situation requires immediate attention:
In the event of a medical emergency during grooming:

• The independent groomer may seek veterinary treatment at their discretion if the
  owner cannot be immediately reached.
• All veterinary costs shall be the responsibility of the pet owner unless otherwise
  determined by law.

PetGroomGo is not responsible for medical decisions made by independent groomers.

Indemnification

By using the platform, pet owners agree to indemnify and hold harmless PetGroomGo, its
directors, officers, affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs,
or expenses arising out of:

• The grooming services provided by independent contractors
• Misrepresentation of pet health or behavior
• Breach of these terms

PetGroomGo is a platform that connects pet owners with independent mobile grooming
professionals. While the grooming services are performed by independent providers, we
are committed to maintaining high standards and creating a safe, transparent booking
experience.
