1. Platform Role

PetGroomGo operates as a booking and technology platform. We connect customers with
independent mobile grooming professionals. Groomers are independent contractors and
not employees of PetGroomGo.

2. Service Responsibility

All grooming services are performed by independent professionals. While we aim to
partner with experienced groomers, PetGroomGo is not directly responsible for the
performance of grooming services.

3. Payments

Payments must be made through the platform unless otherwise agreed. Fees are clearly
quoted before booking confirmation.

4. Liability

PetGroomGo is not liable for:

• Injuries to pets resulting from grooming services
• Pre-existing health conditions
• Behavioral issues during grooming

5. User Responsibilities

Pet owners must:

• Provide accurate pet health information
• Ensure pets are safe to handle
• Disclose any aggressive behavior
